New fee structure for Kyoto DGRC users, effective on Apr 1, 2013

We are pleased to announce that Kyoto Institute of Technology has made a new contract with a company providing credit card payment service and therefore that handling fees are down by 7 JPY per stock. This is effective on April 1, 2013.
