Dear Users:
We are announcing changes in the fee structure. The consumption tax rate for Japan will rise from 5% to 8% in April 2014. On this occasion, we reevaluated the distribution costs and determined to change the fees as follows:
Handling fees per stock (JPY): 200 (-20) for domestic and 195 (-25) for overseas
Handling fees per package (JPY): 1,275 (+75) for domestic and 1,375 (+175) for overseas
Postage per package: actual cost
Due to this system change, we will not accept orders from Thursday, March 20, 6:00 PM (Japan Standard Time; 9:00 AM GMT) through Tuesday, April 1, 2:00 PM (JST; 5:00AM GMT) and the new fees will be effective for orders made on or after April 1.
For Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and U. S. users who placed or will place an order for a shipment on Mar 26, please send a permit no later than Monday 24, 0:00 AM (GMT). Otherwise, your order will be cancelled to avoid technical errors.
While we will make every effort to keep the fees reasonable, we would highly appreciate your understanding.
